  • 3:00 PM About Us Westlake Psychiatry is a growing mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality psychiatric care.
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Medical Records & Documentation Coordinator to support our providers and administrative team. Position Summary The Medical Records & Documentation Coordinator is responsible for managing patient records, organizing documentation, processing records requests. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities
  • Process and manage medical records requests
  • Upload, organize, and maintain patient documentation.
  • Ensure patient records are complete, accurate, and compliant
  • Communicate with providers, patients and outside offices regarding documentation needs
  • Scan, fax, and securely transmit records as needed
  • Assist with forms and administrative documentation tasks
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
  • Support front office and administrative operations as needed Qualifications Previous medical office, medical records, or healthcare administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and professionalism HIPAA knowledge preferred Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Benefits Vision and Healthcare coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas Paid time off Company-paid holidays Consistent weekday schedule with early Fridays Supportive team environment and opportunity for growth within the practice How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief description of your experience.
