Job Description
SUMMARY Crimson Heights is looking for an experienced and motivated leader to oversee our ABA programs. This role is ideal for an experienced RBT, Lead RBT, or ABA professional ready to step into leadership while still staying connected to clients and programming. This position combines direct support hours with leadership responsibilities focused on clinic/program operations, staff coaching, behavior management systems, experiential learning, and ABA program support. The ABA Associate Director will work closely with Team Leads, BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and the Area Director to ensure high-quality programming, staff accountability, and strong client outcomes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting check-ins with the RBT Leads to go over curriculum, group activities, programs, and BIP Cheat Sheets Conduct ABA Environment / Behavior Management Checklist reviews and a system for reporting this to the Regional Director. Participate in and collaborate with Directors on Round Table Tx Meetings for ABA clients Instruct new hires with clinical information on clients and create cheat sheets for each client for all ABA staff to readily access. Info will include MOs, Triggers, Mal-Adaptive Behaviors, Consequences, Academic information and hints, and Clinical/Therapeutic info Collaborate with Directors on new incoming clients and get them set up with supplies and support (Chromebooks, token system, lunch etc) Oversee token system, provide reinforcers and assist in distributing rewards. Oversee and Collaborate and fill out experiential learning calendar including GPS links and delegate these roles. Oversee and planning an ABA once a month Friday activity/outing and a once a quarter excursion. Provide RBT support, answer questions, assist with schedule changes, offer solutions that align with the company mission and values. Hold ABA team members accountable to company policies, procedures and protocols. Shadow and give direction to RBT's in DTX and give direct feedback in the moment to RBT'a for fidelity of Tx plans and BIPs. Work in conjunction with BCBA and Clinicians in adhering to client treatment plans. Overseeing essential documentation completion and reporting protocols for incident reports, ABA data, etc. Held accountable for incident reports being completed in 24 hours and emailed to guardians, case managers, Crimson directors, etc. Written DSPD Behavior summaries will be emailed to support DSPD coordinators and Crimson Directors every quarter. Holding RBT specialty roles accountable and offering support and direction. Support Team Leads in running the morning team huddles. Supporting RBT Leads with training and creating a cohesive and unified work environment. Work with Academic Specialist to support clients' academics; create visual boards and organize each clients' academic plan. Provide support in communication between Parents/Guardians and Crimson. Communicating special activities with Parents/Guardians/ and disseminating communication back to the team. Delegate roles and responsibilities and identify new RBT Specialists delegations and positions, then communicate that to Directors. Update client goals regularly in ABA client cheat sheets Identify groupings for scheduling, help with scheduling when needed. Communicating daily/weekly needs and changes in ABA, advocate for RBT's and collaborate with Team Leads.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Supervisory experience of 3-6 years Experience working in the field of mental health, ABA, and have residential and or experience teaching and facilitating direct functional skills with teens and pre teens To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Must possess a high school diploma or college degree in a related field. Completed RBT or SSW is a plus. Knowledge of proper methods to train developmentally disabled individuals; Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques; Knowledge of laws and regulations governing the operations of treatment for developmentally disabled individuals; Knowledge of individual Behavior Support Plans; Ability to review all client accounts and financial records; Ability to maintain and review records of client activities; Ability to review and monitor program data collection, enter new programs into data books, and reconcile data; Ability to oversee the operations of assigned personnel; Ability to follow all personnel policies and rules of the organization; Ability to maintain confidentiality.Job Type:
