This is not a typical front desk role. This position plays a key role in bringing new patients into care and helping them say YES to treatment . You will be the first and most important impression of our clinic. Your ability to connect, communicate, and guide patients will directly impact both patient outcomes and the growth of our practice. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves meaningful conversations, and is motivated by goals, performance, and making a difference.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Patient Conversion & Growth (Primary Focus) Respond to new patient inquiries (phone, text, web leads) Build trust and rapport quickly with prospective patients Schedule and confirm new patient appointments Educate patients on services, value, and next steps Follow up with leads who have not yet scheduled Improve show rates and conversion rates Track and manage patient pipeline (no-shows, reschedules, unscheduled care) Patient Experience Create a warm, welcoming, high-energy environment Greet patients and ensure a 5-star experience Guide patients through their care journey Communicate clearly with patients about expectations and next steps Operational Support Answer phones and manage scheduling Collect payments and review financials confidently Maintain accurate patient records Support providers and keep clinic flow efficient
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong communication skills (confident, clear, and personable) Naturally persuasive without being pushy Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics Highly organized and detail-oriented Positive, high-energy attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with personal accountability Bonus (not required): Sales, customer service, or patient coordination experience Medical or chiropractic office experience
SCHEDULE
Must be available during all office hours:
Monday-Thursday:
8:00 AM•12:00 PM and 2:00 PM•6:00 PM (Yes, Fridays off )
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Base Pay:
$16•20/hr +
Performance Bonuses Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
