We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Clinic Manager to join our leadership team. Position Summary The Clinic Manager reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serves as a key member of the leadership team. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the health center while supporting organizational compliance, quality improvement, accreditation, risk management, and strategic initiatives. The Clinic Manager works closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, staff accountability, and exceptional patient experiences. Because Green River Medical Center is a small rural healthcare organization, this role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, managing projects, solving problems, and helping move the organization forward. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows and a positive patient experience. Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes and procedures. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery. Coordinate facility operations, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships. Support implementation and management of organizational systems and technologies. Monitor operational performance and ensure timely completion of assigned initiatives and projects. Assist with operational planning and organizational development efforts. Staff Leadership and Accountability Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Monitor adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and performance expectations. Assist with staff onboarding, training, and performance management activities. Conduct operational audits and follow-up reviews to ensure responsibilities and organizational standards are consistently met. Work collaboratively with supervisors and leadership to address performance concerns and implement improvement plans when necessary. Develop systems that improve accountability, follow-through, and ownership of organizational goals and responsibilities. Support employee engagement while maintaining clear expectations and consistent standards. Compliance, Accreditation, and Risk Management Coordinate and manage FTCA (Federal Tort Claims Act) deeming activities and annual renewal requirements. Lead and maintain organizational readiness for Joint Commission accreditation and surveys. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, HRSA, and organizational requirements. Maintain policies, procedures, and documentation necessary to support regulatory compliance. Coordinate the organization's risk management program. Investigate incidents, complaints, and operational concerns and assist with corrective action planning. Monitor organizational risks and implement strategies to improve patient safety and operational effectiveness. Quality Improvement and Performance Management Coordinate Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance (QI/QA) activities. Monitor and support organizational performance on Uniform Data System (UDS) measures and other quality metrics. Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead performance improvement initiatives and support achievement of organizational quality goals. Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve patient outcomes and operational performance. Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Systems Management Support optimization of EHR workflows and operational processes. Assist with implementation of new workflows, templates, reports, and system enhancements. Coordinate with vendors and staff to resolve operational and system-related issues. Support data integrity, reporting functions, and quality measure tracking. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and process improvements. Leadership and Strategic Planning Serve as a member of the organizational leadership team. Participate in strategic planning, goal setting, and organizational development initiatives. Support implementation of strategic priorities and organizational projects. Contribute to organizational growth, sustainability, and long-term success. Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum of three years of healthcare operations, clinic management, healthcare administration, or related leadership experience. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and hold staff accountable to organizational standards and expectations. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Experience working with electronic health record systems and healthcare technology platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field. Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Rural Health Clinic (RHC), community health center, or similar healthcare environment. Experience with FTCA deeming, Joint Commission accreditation, HRSA compliance, or healthcare regulatory programs. Experience with quality improvement programs, UDS reporting, and performance measurement. Experience with risk management and compliance activities. Experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW). Pay:
