We specialize in facial rejuvenation, body contouring, and enhancement techniques performed by two board-certified plastic surgeons. We're hiring a Surgical Patient Advisor & Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our surgical division. This is a senior role for someone who already knows what it takes to keep a busy aesthetic surgery practice running — not a stepping stone. You've done this before. You understand the full surgical patient journey, you don't need a script to guide someone through a major decision, and you take personal ownership of every detail — from consult scheduling to final payment collection. You run like a machine but connect like a human. What You'll Do Own every surgical patient relationship from first inquiry through post-op Speak directly with prospective consults, answer questions, build confidence, and help them commit Present treatment plans and financial estimates; walk patients through payment plans and financing (CareCredit, PatientFi, etc.) Schedule surgeries and coordinate the full pre-op process — paperwork, imaging, clearances, and clinical handoffs Manage and optimize surgical schedules for two plastic surgeons across two locations Maintain accurate financial records — deposits, balances, payment plans, and final collection before surgery day Confirm all surgeries are paid in full prior to pre-op; handle post-op billing accurately and on time Keep meticulous records in Symplast (EMR) — notes, estimates, invoices, and payments Track your pipeline, follow structured workflows, and meet monthly conversion goals Re-engage past consults through follow-up campaigns to increase booking rates Collaborate with front office to ensure a seamless patient experience from first call to follow-up Work with marketing on content that drives surgical consults — before/afters, testimonials, campaign support Educate patients on our full scope of services to drive cross-referrals to our med spa Who You Are 5+ years of experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or high-end healthcare — in a role that blended patient-facing sales with hands-on admin 2+ years of direct experience in patient coordination, surgical scheduling, or consultative sales Highly organized with proven administrative skills — you manage high volumes of paperwork, scheduling, and records without dropping anything Master of time management who keeps two surgeons' schedules running without bottlenecks Quick learner and self-starter who picks up new systems and workflows fast Natural communicator — confident, warm, and professional on the phone and in person Fluent in the patient decision-making process for elective surgery; you guide, not pressure Strong EMR/CRM experience; Symplast knowledge is a plus Polished, professional presence that reflects a luxury practice Reliable, self-directed, and fully owns your role Willing to commute between Salt Lake City and Park City, rain or shine Minimum availability 9-5, with potentially longer days on Mondays and Fridays Spanish-speaking is a plus What We Offer Starting at $28/hr, commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus (eligible after 90-day probationary period) Medical & dental coverage, partially paid by employer 401(k) plan Paid time off, sick leave, and holiday pay Employee discounts on treatments and skincare Training and education from top opportunities in our industry A respected, established practice with a world-class surgeon and a team that takes pride in what we do 90-day probationary period with structured performance review.
