What You'll DoNew Patient Conversions & Scheduling Convert inquiries and referrals into scheduled evaluations Respond quickly and professionally to phone and email leads Keep therapist schedules full and optimized Follow up to reduce cancellations and improve attendance Insurance & Financial Coordination Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations Communicate coverage details clearly and confidently Collect copays and payments with professionalism Case Management & Data Accuracy Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR Keep electronic charts organized and up to date Support documentation and communication needs as required Front Office Operations Welcome and check in patients with confidence and warmth Manage calendar flow and communicate schedule updates to therapists Support light marketing and social media efforts Use Excel, Google Workspace, and EMR systems efficiently You're a
Great Fit If You:
Have 1-2 years of healthcare front desk experience Communicate with clarity, confidence, and kindness Understand insurance verification and scheduling workflows Are comfortable with EMR systems, Excel, and Google Workspace Can multitask without losing attention to detail Enjoy helping a team grow and keeping systems running smoothly Want long-term growth potential as the company expands Experience with PT Everywhere is preferred but not required. Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8 AM
  • 5 PM Wednesday 2 PM
  • 6 PM Friday 8 AM
  • 12 PM No weekends
