Clinical Director

Weber Recovery Center provides care for both men and women ages 18 and up who struggle with substance use disorder and mental health. We offer inpatient social detoxification, residential, medication assited treatment, and intensive outpatient treatment. We assist individuals in succeeding with their long-term rehabilitation and recovery goals. We're looking forward to welcoming therapists who have a passion to help others that are struggling with addition and mental health.

Skills:

Strong clinical management skills, with a deep understanding of healthcare operations and best practices Proven experience in healthcare management, with the ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards, with a commitment to maintaining compliance Current addiction therapy skills including: clinical evaluation, treatment planning, family and community education, documentation, case management and conducting/facilitating individual and group therapy.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all clinical operations within the organization Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services and implement improvements as needed Utilize analysis, experience, and judgment to make decisions within policies and practices. Ensure all staff are trained properly. Ensure timeliness of treatment documentation Ensure the clinical work of the agency meets the social, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual needs of the patient. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards Manage the budget for clinical services and allocate resources appropriately Addresssing multi-cultural and socio-economic issues and professional and ethical responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

LCSW, LCMHC, or Higher. Minimum 2 Years Director experience required. Know and comply with confidentiality laws, program policies and documentation guidelines and other related state, federal regulations. Oral and written communication and PC skills. Current driver license and a driving record acceptable to WEBER RECOVERY's insurance carrier. Full background check required
