We are seeking a reliable, organized, and solution-oriented Clinic Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing client service, billing, organization, systems, and problem-solving in a professional and collaborative environment. The Clinic Operations Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining smooth clinic operations while supporting both clients and therapists. ResponsibilitiesBilling & Revenue Cycle Management Process multiple billing types including: self-pay sliding scale third-party payments in-network and out-of-network insurance Submit and track insurance claims Resolve billing issues and denials Communicate with insurance companies as needed Maintain accurate financial records within the EHR system Client Communication & Scheduling Manage phones, texts, and email communication Coordinate scheduling and appointment changes Support intake coordination and client onboarding Help maintain a positive and professional client experience Operations & Workflow Support Follow and maintain clinic workflows and systems Support implementation of operational improvements Identify workflow issues and communicate potential solutions Assist therapists with administrative and operational needs Administrative & Compliance Support Maintain organized records and documentation Assist with onboarding and HR-related administrative tasks Support HIPAA and documentation compliance processes Manage office supply and operational support needs Systems & Basic IT Support Assist with basic technical troubleshooting Support EHR access and user account setup Coordinate with outside IT vendors as needed Help maintain organized digital systems and workflows Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: highly organized and detail-oriented dependable and professional calm under pressure solution-focused and proactive able to multitask effectively comfortable learning systems and workflows experienced in customer service and administrative support Preferred Experience Behavioral health or healthcare administrative experience Medical billing and insurance experience EHR experience Strong independent problem-solving skills

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
