Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here A growing, award-winning outpatient behavioral health practice in Utah County is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join its Provo location. This is a leadership role that blends therapy, mentorship, and clinic growth within a collaborative, team-based environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed clinician looking to step into a leadership position while continuing to provide direct client care.

What You'll Do:

Provide clinical supervision to associate and intern therapists Maintain an active caseload (15-30 sessions per week) Deliver therapy to individuals, couples, and families Support therapist development through mentorship and coaching Contribute to clinic growth and community referral development

What We're Looking For:

Active Utah license (LCSW, LMFT, or CMHC) 2-3+ years post-licensure Experience in outpatient therapy Interest in leadership, supervision, and team collaboration

Compensation & Benefits:

$55

• 65/hour clinical and supervision pay $30/hour training/admin time Estimated annual earnings: $80,000
• 110,000 Bonus potential ($2K
• 4K annually) W-2 employment with administrative support (billing, scheduling, marketing) Professional development and supervision training provided
