What You'll Do as a Case Manager Supervisor Provide first-line supervision to staff and support ongoing case management services. Work with adults, teens, and children experiencing chronic mental health needs. Offer supportive counseling, behavior management, and skill-building instruction. Assess client needs and create personalized care plans. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure well-rounded support. Applicants under the "working toward SSW" pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure

Additional Requirements:
