Administrator in Training MH Murray Creek Salary Monument Health Murray Creek, LLC Salt Lake City, UT Job Details 9 hours ago Qualifications English Full Job Description The Administrator-In-Training works under the direction of the Executive Director. Administrator-In-Training (AIT) is the title for an individual who has been accepted into a training program to become a licensed nursing home administrator. The AIT must complete a training program of up to 1,000 hours of departmental rotations in the facility. Once the preceptor, the specially qualified Executive Director who teaches and evaluates the AIT, has signed off on the training hours, the AIT is eligible to take the required state and national exams to become licensed as a nursing home administrator. > Ability to Obtain Licensed Nursing Home Administrator License > Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Acceptable Experience > Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain) > Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing > Tuberculosis Testing > Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire) > Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds > Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English We stand as an unwavering monument to professionalism, exceptional care and superior healthcare outcomes.
