As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll follow up with patients who have met with our physician but haven't yet booked treatment
- re-engaging them, addressing concerns, and guiding them confidently toward a care decision.
You'll also work warm, inbound prospects who have expressed interest in regenerative orthopedic care. The work calls for professionalism, empathy, and disciplined follow-through. What success looks like in 90 days You're consistently hitting your weekly call and booked-appointment targets. Prospects describe their experience with you as informative and pressure-free. Your CRM is clean, current, and trusted by the clinical team. What you'll do Conduct 15-25+ consultative calls per week with warm, inbound prospects. Run persistent, caring, multi-touch follow-up across calls, texts, and email. Keep precise notes and workflows in our CRM (GoHighLevel preferred). Update CRM workflows Handle objections professionally while reinforcing our premium value. Hit and exceed weekly KPIs, booking rates, and monthly targets. Take part in daily/weekly huddles, training, and coaching. What you bring (must-haves) 1+ years in high-ticket sales ($3K+ per transaction) with a track record of hitting quota. Strong phone presence, persuasive communication, and genuine emotional intelligence. Self-motivated, coachable, organized, and resilient under pressure. Comfort with Zoom and everyday digital tools, and solid CRM discipline. Available to work on-site Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 9am-5pm MST. Nice to have Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or a comparable CRM. Comfort working with high-net-worth clients. Past coaching, consulting, or premium advisory experience. Compensation & benefits $15.00/hour base + uncapped commission ($10 per appointment set, plus 2-4% of monthly procedures booked based on volume). On-target earnings approximately $30
