Aspen Dermatology & Aesthetics is seeking a polished, organized, and client-focused Spa Concierge / Patient Relations Coordinator to join our team. This role is the first and last impression of our aesthetics department and plays a vital role in delivering a professional, welcoming, and elevated client experience. Position Overview You will be responsible for front desk operations, appointment scheduling, retail sales, and supporting overall client satisfaction. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in/out clients with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments accurately and manage daily provider flow Confirm appointments and handle cancellations appropriately Process payments and balance register accurately Educate and recommend skincare products to support treatment goals Maintain a clean, organized reception area Respond to calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally Assist with social media content, marketing initiatives, and promotional efforts Support inventory, online order fulfillment, and spa events Qualifications Previous medical office, spa, or customer service experience preferred Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and professionalism Detail-oriented and comfortable handling financial transactions Sales-minded with an interest in skincare Interest or experience in social media and marketing support
