Our Mission:

Job Description and duties include but not limited to: Greet all patients upon their arrival and ensure their needs are exceeded. Monitor the arrival of patients. Schedule all appointments. Stabilize the production by scheduling the Ideal Day. Facilitate the production and scheduling portion of the morning meeting by identifying open time in the schedule for various appointment types. Update addresses, telephone numbers and insurance information as the patients arrive. Oversee the schedule during the day to ensure that it runs smoothly. Adjust the schedule as necessary. Complete a telephone slip for each new patient and forward documents to them. Monitor and track new patient phone calls and document referral sources and pertinent information. Oversee and train all appropriate staff members on the scheduling program/software. Perform other tasks as assigned by the office manager and doctor. Interpret phone calls, new patient visits, billing inquiries, etc. for Spanish speaking patients. What we

Requirements:
Qualifications we are looking for : Reception background. Dental or orthodontic experience a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish speaker
