Job Description

Oquirrh Ridge Chiropractic is seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping patients improve their health and quality of life. Schedule Monday
  • 3 pm
  • 6:30 pm Wednesday
  • 3 pm
  • 5:30 pm Thursday
  • 3 pm
  • 6:30 pm Aproximately 9.
5 hours per week Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Answer phones and schedule appointments Collect payments and maintain accurate records Assist with patient flow throughout the office Assist patients with therapeutic equipment and wellness services Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Provide exceptional customer service and support Qualifications Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable and punctual Comfortable using computers and learning office software Ability to multitask Strong attention to detail Previous customer service, reception, healthcare, or chiropractic office experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others, takes initiative, works independently, and contributes to a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate will be warm, professional, reliable, and committed to helping patients feel welcome and cared for.
Pay:
$12.50
