We're looking for a multitasking superstar who is part Medical Assistant, part Front Desk Concierge, part Insurance Coordinator, and part TMS Tech — and fully passionate about patient-centered care.

What You'll Be Doing:

This is not your average MA role. You'll be cross-trained and empowered to support patients across their entire journey — from first contact to ongoing treatments. This is the ideal role if you thrive on variety, teamwork, and making a real difference. Clinical Duties & TMS Tech Support Administer and monitor TMS treatments (full training provided) Assist with Spravato treatments and in-office patient support Record vitals, patient history, and track treatment progress in the EMR Conduct patient intakes and check-ins with empathy and professionalism Educate patients about procedures, aftercare, and treatment plans Front Desk & Patient Experience Greet patients and create a welcoming, calm first impression Handle scheduling, rescheduling, check-ins, check-outs, and phone inquiries Encourage patient engagement, and clinic advocacy Insurance Support Complete verification of benefits (VOB) and prior authorization

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is an excellent communicator , organized, and detail-driven Is tech-savvy (comfortable with EMRs, email, calendar tools, etc.) Has previous experience with insurance or willing to learn about VOBs Loves working in a tight-knit team and has a solution-oriented attitude Is curious, open to learning, and passionate about the mental health mission You're a
