The Regional Discipline Lead - Physical Therapist (PT) / Clinic Director is a practicing pediatric clinician who serves in a dual leadership role: As a Clinic Director, this role provides day‑to‑day operational, clinical, and people leadership for an assigned clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care, teammate engagement, and performance outcomes. As a Regional Discipline Lead - PT, this role serves as a clinical subject matter expert and mentor for occupational therapists across a defined region, acting as the "professional home" for the PT discipline. In the Regional Discipline Lead capacity, the role partners closely with Clinic Directors and Regional Leadership to support clinical quality, mentorship, onboarding, and discipline‑specific development across multiple clinics. Position Qualifications:
