Position Overview The Residential Supervisor is the on-site leader of our residential facility, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and to the highest standards. You'll be responsible for staff supervision, client oversight, facility management, and ensuring compliance with all program policies and procedures. You will play a critical role in fostering a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while empowering our Client Coordinators to provide world-class support and care. Key Responsibilities Supervise, support, and train Client Coordinators and ensure appropriate staffing for all shifts. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming residence by overseeing day-to-day operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for all staff concerns and help facilitate communication between support staff and upper management. Manage logistics including client intakes, discharges, transitions, off-site appointments, and transportation. Promote and uphold all program guidelines, ensuring staff compliance with regulatory bodies including DBHDS, Joint Commission, and insurance agencies. Handle weekend activities, inventory checks, and supplies management. Assist with new client intakes, respond to incidents, and lead de-escalation efforts as needed. Maintain accurate timecards and staffing schedules using our time management systems. Ensure a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for both clients and staff. What You'll Bring Leadership experience in a residential or healthcare setting (mental health preferred). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Commitment to compassionate care and professional integrity. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and cover shifts as needed. Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment. Minimum Requirements Must be 21 years or older to apply for this position. Successful completion of the ADP Selective Screening Services background check as well as any other state, federal or company required background/record check.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience in direct care position or other human related field. Possess valid driver's license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 23 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years. CPR/First Aid Certification Current T.B. clearance
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work on a computer/keyboard, use electronic systems, communicate with others through written and verbal formats, ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time, ability to climb stairs, listening, reading comprehension, lifting up to 20 lbs.
