You Have:

Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, functional wellness, or luxury hospitality Familiarity with EMR software, intake coordination, and scheduling workflows Comfort assisting with light social media (IG stories, photo content, patient features)

What You'll Do:

Manage phones, appointments, and front office flow Welcome patients warmly, keep them informed, and elevate their experience Coordinate intake, treatment timing, and team communication Maintain a clean, calm, and brand-aligned environment Support the clinical team as needed
