Position Summary The Clinical Team Lead is an operations integrator responsible for helping organize and lead the clinical team to ensure patient care is delivered smoothly, efficiently, and according to the highest standards. This role combines clinical excellence, operational organization, mentorship, leadership, and accountability. You will serve as a key link between doctors, assistants, hygienists, and the rest of the practice, helping translate goals into consistent execution. What You'll Do Lead and support the clinical assistant team Provide chairside assistance while modeling excellence in patient care Train, coach, and mentor team members Create accountability and consistency within clinical systems Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions Improve workflows and increase efficiency Monitor supply management and clinical readiness Help maintain exceptional patient experiences Support implementation of new systems, processes, and initiatives Serve as a bridge between doctors, team members, and practice leadership Preferred Qualifications Dental Assisting experience, radiology certification Leadership, training, or supervisory experience Technical skills
