As the Clinical Systems Manager, you are central to our ability to provide Care Beyond Compare by maintaining the clinical systems and regulatory reporting that keep our facilities running smoothly and in compliance. In this role, you will oversee PointClickCare and our other clinical platforms, manage the flow of survey and reporting requirements across multiple regulatory agencies, and partner with clinical leadership at our facilities to ensure accurate, timely, and well-documented submissions. Receive, execute, and track survey 2567s through iQIES (the CMS survey system). Generate and distribute monthly reports from iQIES. Receive, execute, and track Civil Money Penalties (CMPs). Provide ongoing updates to Quality Insights survey tracking software. Receive, execute, and track weekly reporting to NHSN (the CDC's infection tracking system). Submit Virginia Administrator and Director of Nursing changes to the Office of Licensing and Certification (OLC). Provide occasional in-person and Teams-based training to clinical staff. Travel occasionally as needed to support facilities. Perform other duties as required to support our clinical systems and regulatory compliance. What You Need Active, unencumbered licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). Experience with PointClickCare (PCC). Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Office Suite. Highly organized and detail oriented, with strong follow-through on tracking and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
