Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and website inquiries from prospective patients Educate patients about procedures and guide them through the consultation process Manage the patient experience and daily schedule Assist physicians during consultations and examinations, including documentation, patient education, photography, and implant sizing as applicable Present fee quotes, review financing options, and follow up with patients after consultations Coordinate surgical scheduling, pre-operative paperwork, lab work, consent forms, postings, and patient follow-up requirements Collect and log patient payments and deposits Track leads, consultations, conversions, and monthly reporting metrics Monitor surgical scheduling and patient pipeline activity Understand patient concerns and communicate professionally and compassionately Support practice marketing initiatives, events, outreach activities, and patient satisfaction efforts Maintain before-and-after photo galleries and patient educational materials Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed Maintain a polished and professional appearance Maintain proficiency with software and Internet applications Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times Attend trainings and educational courses as requested Meet regularly with leadership to review patient trends, scheduling activity, and practice growth opportunities Perform additional duties as requested by the surgeon or managerDisclaimer:

The nature of this position's access to PHI may require review of computerized schedules, computerized medical records, computerized and paper-based billing and reimbursement data, patient referral forms, lab results, tests, and encounter form data in order to analyze information, resolve a patient's unpaid claim or bill, or address another managerial or administrative issue.Job Type:
