In this role, you will guide service delivery, support team development, and help ensure programs are ethical, effective, and aligned with best practices. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight for behavioral programming across assigned services or locations. Supervise, coach, and support clinical team members to promote professional growth and service excellence. Review assessments, treatment plans, and progress data to ensure goals are appropriate, measurable, and individualized. Monitor clinical quality, fidelity, and outcomes, and recommend improvements as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, caregivers, and stakeholders to support coordinated care. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical guidelines, organizational standards, and applicable regulations. Support onboarding, training, and performance development for clinicians and support staff. Assist with case consultation, complex clinical problem-solving, and escalation of concerns when needed. Contribute to operational planning, program development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Maintain timely and accurate documentation related to clinical decisions, supervision, and service delivery. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing. Clinical leadership or supervisory experience in a behavioral health, autism services, or related setting. Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles, treatment planning, and data-driven decision-making. Experience mentoring clinicians and supporting performance development. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to clinical quality and detail. Familiarity with ethical standards, compliance requirements, and documentation best practices. Commitment to respectful, inclusive, and individualized care. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading clinical teams or overseeing multiple service lines. Background in program development, quality improvement, or operational leadership. Experience working with individuals across a range of ages and support needs. Advanced skills in data analysis, staff training, and systems improvement.
