Clinical Director / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Colonial Heights, VA $115,000-$130,000 Total Compensation + Additional Bonus Potential Full-Time | Clinic Leadership | Reduced Billable Requirement Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Clinical Director / BCBA to lead the clinical operations of our Colonial Heights, VA clinic. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced BCBA seeking a leadership role with reduced billable expectations, strong administrative support, and the ability to mentor clinicians while driving clinical excellence. The Clinical Director serves as the primary clinical leader of the clinic, overseeing BCBA performance, supporting technician development, and ensuring high-quality ABA services are delivered across the site. Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations, with occasional adjustments as necessary to ensure continuity of care, regulatory compliance, staff support, and operational effectiveness.
