Compass Behavioral Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into a Clinic Coordinator role at our Harrisonburg clinic. This is more than a BCBA role—it's a leadership opportunity where you will: Shape the day-to-day success of a clinic environment Mentor and develop clinical staff in real time Drive clinical quality and consistency Partner with leadership to continuously make clinic operations more effective What You'll Do Clinical Leadership Provide in-the-moment coaching and support to clinicians during sessions Ensure high-quality implementation of treatment plans Exercise strong clinical judgment in a dynamic clinic setting Clinic Operations Oversee daily clinic flow, scheduling coordination, and overall environment Identify needs and implement systems that improve efficiency and outcomes Maintain a safe, organized, and well-functioning clinic space Team Development Deliver ongoing feedback, training, and competency support to clinicians Support onboarding and skill development of new team members Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture Client & Family Support Maintain familiarity with client needs to guide staff effectively Provide occasional direct services as needed Support parent training and clinic-based programming What We're Looking For BCBA certification (required) Active Virginia LBA license (required) 2+ years of clinical experience working with children with developmental differences Clinic-based experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to stay composed, thoughtful, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced setting Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance bonuses Flexible PTO + strong work/life balance support Health, dental, and vision insurance
