As a Clinical Supervisor , you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
Requirements:
Master's degree LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists), or LSAT Experience with substance use disorders Experience with opioid treatment preferred Ability to supervise licensed eligible employees preferred
Responsibilities:
Assesses and develops overall clinical services. Oversees counseling department staffing. Provides in-service training to clinical staff on regularly scheduled basis. Monitors clinical records regularly for quality and compliance with State, Federal, and any grant/funding source regulations. Conducts mock inspections. Responsible for maintaining CSAC accreditation status for all clinical aspects of care. Manages a caseload and fills in for absent counselors as needed.
