Job Description

Key Responsibilities Provide direct clinical and administrative supervision to staff across the Outpatient Therapy and Mental Health Skill Building Programs. Ensure service delivery aligns with licensing, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements. Oversee intake, assessment, treatment planning, and service authorization processes. Monitor clinical documentation, service notes, and client outcomes to ensure compliance, medical necessity, and quality of care. Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis, audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and professional development efforts. Collaborate with internal leadership, referral sources, managed care organizations, community partners, and regulatory agencies to improve access to behavioral health services. Support crisis intervention, risk management, and clinical decision-making for complex cases. Maintain audit readiness and ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications Extensive knowledge and experience in behavioral health and mental health services, including outpatient therapy and community-based programs. Demonstrated expertise in program development, implementation, and performance management. Experience providing clinical supervision to licensed clinicians and QMHPs. Strong foundation in psychology, clinical practice, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Knowledge of state licensing regulations, Medicaid requirements, and documentation standards. Exceptional leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Required Credentials Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the applicable state. Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor designation. Prior experience overseeing outpatient behavioral health services and/or community mental health programs strongly preferred. Work Arrangement Full-time On-site
