Licensed Eligible Clinician

Core Objective To provide high-quality therapeutic services under professional clinical supervision, while actively accruing the supervised clinical hours required for full state licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).

Scope of Work Clinical Responsibilities Direct Client Care:

Maintain a caseload weekly sessions (individual, group, or family)

Supervised Assessment:

Conduct clinical intakes and formulate diagnostic impressions, all of which must be reviewed and co-signed by the

Clinical Supervisor Treatment Planning:

Develop goal-oriented treatment plans that align with the supervisor's clinical direction and the practice's standards

Crisis Intervention:

Promptly escalate all high-risk clinical situations (suicidal ideation, abuse reports) to the Clinical Supervisor per the practice's emergency protocol

Supervision & Professional Development Clinical Documentation:

Submit all progress notes (SOAP/DAP) within 24 hours for supervisor review and electronic signature

Licensure Tracking:

Maintain an accurate, up-to-date log of clinical and supervision hours to be signed monthly by the supervisor

Site Meetings:

Participate in weekly staff consultations to present cases and receive peer feedback

Administrative & Compliance Informed Consent:

Ensure all clients are informed of the clinician's "License-Eligible" status and provide the name/contact of the

Clinical Supervisor EHR Management:

Manage scheduling and client communication through

Therapy Notes Ethical Adherence:

Strictly follow HIPAA guidelines and the ethical codes of their specific governing board (e.g., ACA, NASW) Contractor Must Haves Successful background check (including OIG exclusion) Supervision contract
