Clinical Program Supervisor - Regional Mobile Crisis Team Lead (Piedmont/Danville/Southside Area)

The Clinical Program Supervisor - Regional Mobile Crisis works with the Regional Mobile Crisis management team (Region III of Virginia), to provide for overall management, supervision and program development of the Regional Mobile Crisis community-based team. Ensures Region III Mobile Crisis Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or care-givers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with Regional Mobile Crisis services. Provides direct services to individuals served. •$5000 Sign on Bonus•

Experience Education/Experience Required:

Graduation from an accredited university with at least a master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required. Three years of supervised experience providing clinical services, preferably in a community mental health/substance abuse setting, with crisis experience is preferred. At least one year experience providing clinical supervision is preferred. State of Virginia clinical behavioral health related professional licensure preferred. Ability to register as License eligible is required. Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
