Center is seeking a confident, mission-driven Program Manager to lead our Psychosocial Day Support Program serving adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving strong clinical outcomes. You'll lead from the front - supporting your team, maintaining structure, and ensuring high-quality care. What You'll Do Lead daily program operations and supervise on-site staff Provide coaching, accountability, and performance oversight Ensure documentation and services meet DBHDS standards Conduct quality assurance reviews of client records Support crisis intervention and guide staff during high-acuity situations Maintain a small caseload and facilitate groups as needed Partner with leadership to improve program performance and outcomes What to Expect Fast-paced, team-focused environment High level of responsibility and decision-making Direct involvement in staff development and program success Working with individuals with mental health and co-occurring disorders Occasional crisis management and complex situations Qualifications Active Virginia QMHP certification (required) Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field Minimum 3 years of mental health experience Supervisory experience required Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Valid driver's license Benefits & Perks Competitive salary (exempt leadership role) Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Tuition Reimbursement Pet Insurance Leadership development opportunities
