Senior Manager Clinical Operations - Chesterfield Pavilion - Days Virginia Commonwealth University Health Systems United States, Virginia, Richmond May 26, 2026 •Coming Soon to Chesterfield! Located at 10031 Nash Road, VCU Health Chesterfield Pavilion will be a four-story, approximately 100,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center and medical office building, bringing comprehensive, patient-centered outpatient care closer to residents in one of Virginia's largest counties. Scheduled to open in April 2027, the state-of-the-art facility will bring together surgical services, diagnostics, infusion therapy, pharmacy services, innovative care models, and more in a single, convenient location for Chesterfield residents.•We are hiring team members now to help build the future of outpatient care from the ground up in one of Virginia's fastest-growing communities. The Senior Manager, Clinic Operations manages and coordinates all administrative, managerial, ambulatory operations and clerical functions required for the operation of a highly complex patient care area or areas. Hire:
N/A Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment: CPR Experience
REQUIRED
Seven years of relevant experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting. Two years supervisory experience. Experience
PREFERRED
Knowledge of ambulatory care and a background in clinic procedures. IDX and Cerner experience a plus. Education/training
REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field or commensurate education and experience in lieu of a degree. Education/training
PREFERRED
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Care Administration, Nursing or related field. Nursing or other clinical training a plus. RN License highly preferred. Independent action(s) required: Has accountability for the performance and results of assigned patient care area(s). Develops business, operational, production and organizational priorities in conjunction with Clinical Leadership for assigned patient care area(s). Supervisory responsibilities (if applicable): Provides leadership to Ambulatory Operations Management team consisting of both business and clinical leads within assigned patient care area or areas.
