Join Autism FIRST and help shape the clinical quality, performance, and growth of ABA services across multiple locations! Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight across two assigned clinic locations Maintain a modest billable caseload aligned with leadership responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBA/BCaBA teams Manage weekly clinician schedules to ensure billable compliance Partner with Operations leadership on clinic-level KPIs and performance metrics Monitor KPI dashboards and ensure clinical outcome data is accurate and up to date Provide regular reporting on performance trends and variances Support audits, credentialing, and accreditation processes Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for BCBA/BCaBA staff Develop and oversee RBT training programs and clinical development initiatives Manage performance improvement plans (PIPs) and support team accountability Oversee treatment plan quality and modifications Ensure timely authorization and re-authorization processes Participate in supervision overlaps and leadership meetings with BCBAs and CCO Collaborate with families, providers, schools, and community partners Skills & Qualifications Active BCBA certification (required) Minimum 5 years of BCBA experience Minimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong experience with staff supervision, program development, and clinical oversight Ability to provide consistent in-person support across multiple clinic locations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and high-quality care
