Loudoun Sports Therapy Center (LSTC) is a growing outpatient physical therapy practice looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the operational hub of our clinic. You'll play a central role in helping patients stay on track with their care, keeping the clinic organized, solving problems throughout the day, and ensuring the patient experience reflects our standard: We Listen. We Care. We Get Results. What You'll Do Coordinate patients schedules and maintain efficient daily flow Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out Answer incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries Help patients stay consistent with their prescribed plan of care Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage clearly Assist with authorizations and administrative processes Communicate professionally and confidently with patients, providers, and coworkers Identify problems, find solutions, and take ownership of your responsibilities What Success Looks Like Success in this role isn't measured by how many phone calls you answer.

What We're Looking For Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable at managing multiple priorities at once A strong communicator in person, over the phone, and in writing Dependable and accountable Confident handling difficult conversations when necessary Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership Motivated to learn and grow professionally Medical Experience Is Not Required! Many of our strongest team members came from customer service, hospitality, retail, food service, and administrative backgrounds. We'll teach you the healthcare side, what we can't teach is professionalism, accountability, organization, and work ethic. Compensation and Benefits $42,000
