  • Full-time Responsibilities and Duties As a Clinical Supervisor , you play a direct role in caring for the lives of our clients each day by servicing our clients and ensuring high quality care, ethical practice, and professional development.
You will partner with the Clinical Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our clients. Complete and maintain accurate and complete client progress notes. Create and review quarterly treatment plans focusing on the client's mental health diagnosis. Attend and participate in individual and group supervisions and clinical staff meetings, clinical training/professional development training as scheduled. Conduct staff disciplinary reports and performance evaluations Provide weekly/bi-weekly/monthly clinical case consultation to clinicians Review time sheets, evaluations/reassessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge/transition summaries Execute or delegate duties to clinical staff Monitors clinical records regularly for quality and compliance with State, Federal, and any grant/funding source regulations. Conducts mock inspections. Participate in community and public relations activities. Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Proper judgment with confidential and sensitive issues Effective decision-making in stressful situations Other duties as assigned. This is an in-office position. Attendance in the office is required for fulfillment of job duties. Qualifications and Skills Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work LMHP, LMHP-E/R or in the State of Virginia Minimum 2 years of supervision experience preferred Minimum 2 years of counseling experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, excellent oral and written communication skills, and reliable transportation. Position requires flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, and self-sufficiency. Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license and car insurance
