Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator with strong administrative skills to join our healthcare team. Duties Greet patients warmly and verify their appointment details to ensure accurate check-in procedures Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using medical administrative support software Maintain accurate and organized patient records while adhering to confidentiality protocols Assist with answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing clear information about services Manage insurance documentation, verify coverage, and process billing or co-payments efficiently Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts, updating medical histories, and handling administrative tasks Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times Experience Prior experience working in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare documentation practices Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a healthcare environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient information Office experience with proficiency in scheduling software and basic administrative tools This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a caring healthcare team while developing their skills in a supportive environment.
