POSITION OVERVIEW
Leadership-focused BCBA opportunity overseeing clinical quality, ABA programming, and staff supervision Split structure balancing clinical supervision and administrative leadership responsibilities Opportunity to lead and mentor BCBAs and RBTs within collaborative pediatric autism environment Oversight of treatment plans, behavioral assessments, data monitoring, and treatment fidelity Collaborative multidisciplinary setting supporting long-term clinical development and growth WHY BCBAs

SCHEDULE
Full-time leadership role Approximately 20 hours weekly clinical supervision Approximately 20 hours weekly administrative responsibilities Flexible scheduling structure
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: $95,000

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and support teams of BCBAs and RBTs Supervise clinical staff and oversee ABA programming Perform administrative leadership responsibilities Ensure clinical quality and compliance across multiple client cases Oversee ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Conduct functional behavior and skills assessments Monitor treatment fidelity and clinical data collection Provide mentorship, supervision, and performance evaluations for clinical staff Conduct caregiver training and interdisciplinary care coordination Participate in IEP meetings and school collaboration activities Maintain communication with funding sources and ensure timely authorizations

Requirements:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
REQUIRED
Active Virginia BCBA license
REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years supervisory ABA experience
REQUIRED
Strong leadership and team management skills
REQUIRED
Experience conducting behavioral assessments and treatment planning
REQUIRED
Current CPR/First Aid certification
REQUIRED
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
REQUIRED
Reliable transportation
REQUIRED
Strong organizational and clinical oversight skills
