Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.(Full-time 40 hrs/wk)

$33.00 per hour Join Our Team! The Arc of Greater Prince William / INSIGHT, Inc. is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and technology-savvy Clinical Administrator to support our Nursing Department. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered healthcare services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Working closely with the Director of Nursing, the Clinical Administrator provides administrative and operational support, manages clinical software systems, coordinates nursing activities and trainings, supports quality assurance initiatives, and helps ensure compliance with state regulations and agency standards. Essential Responsibilities Serve as the primary administrator for the Therap Electronic Health Record (EHR) and QuickMAR medication administration systems. Provide employee training and ongoing support for Therap, QuickMAR, and other clinical applications. Coordinate nursing schedules, medical trainings, and department meetings. Manage medication receipt, inventory, distribution, and disposal for residential programs. Monitor clinical documentation and report urgent medical concerns to the Director of Nursing. Support quality assurance and quality improvement (QA/QI) initiatives, licensing compliance, and regulatory audits. Coordinate onboarding and training for new nursing staff. Maintain nursing certification and training records. Assist with physician orders, medical documentation, medication error reporting, and hospital discharge coordination. Prepare reports and assist with departmental projects, audits, and special initiatives. Collaborate with pharmacies, healthcare providers, program staff, and external partners to support quality clinical services. Qualifications Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience; (healthcare, nursing, human services, or clinical setting preferred). Experience with electronic health records (EHRs), healthcare software, or clinical documentation systems preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare documentation, and quality assurance principles preferred. Why Join The Arc?
