Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking a strategic and hands-on clinical leader to oversee and elevate behavioral health services for adults with complex mental health needs. This role blends direct clinical impact with program leadership, offering the opportunity to shape outcomes, develop teams, and drive high-quality, client-centered care.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field Active independent licensure (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) for a minimum of 3 years At least 3 years of leadership or management experience in a behavioral health setting Strong knowledge of clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Experience with regulatory compliance, audits, and documentation standards Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage clinical operations
Must Haves:
Oversee clinical caseload distribution, ensuring balanced workloads aligned with staff expertise and client acuity Lead clinical audits and implement documentation quality improvement initiatives to meet regulatory standards Direct crisis response strategy across clinical and residential teams, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions Collaborate closely with residential leadership to align treatment planning with day-to-day client care execution Drive development and tracking of clinical outcome measures to evaluate program effectiveness and client progress Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to ensure consistency in care delivery and communication across programs Participate in admissions decision-making by reviewing clinical referrals and making placement recommendations Design and implement clinical trainings to strengthen team capabilities and ensure adherence to best practices
Preferred Background & Skills:
Experience in residential or community-based behavioral health programs Familiarity with interdisciplinary care models and integrated treatment approaches Strong background in staff development, coaching, and performance management Experience with program development and continuous improvement methodologies Ability to build partnerships with external providers and referral sources Demonstrated leadership style that promotes accountability, collaboration, and innovation Experience working with complex mental health populations and co-occurring disorders
