Staffing Coordinator- Assisted Living Health Services Staff

Staffing Coordinator (Part-Time, Weekdays) Mansfield Place is looking for a part-time Scheduler to support our health services team. This is a Monday-Friday role with flexible, negotiable hours — and no on-call requirements. If you enjoy working with people and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit.

What the role looks like:

You'll be responsible for building and maintaining staff schedules to make sure all shifts are covered appropriately. That includes handling call-outs, coordinating shift swaps, and communicating with team members about changes or requests. You'll also keep scheduling records up to date and pitch in with general administrative support as needed. You'll work closely with leadership to help solve staffing challenges and keep things running consistently for both staff and residents.
