Front Desk Lead - Private Dental Office Overview Our private dental practice is seeking a Front Desk Lead to oversee daily front office operations and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This role is ideal for a highly organized, service-driven professional who can lead by example, drive accountability, and ensure smooth, efficient workflows at the front desk. Why Join Our Team Positive, team-oriented culture focused on patient experience Opportunity to lead and make an impact in daily operations Competitive compensation based on experience Full-time position with growth potential Key Responsibilities Lead and manage front desk workflow, ensuring efficiency and consistency Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, delivering a high-level experience from check-in to check-out Oversee scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow to maximize productivity Support insurance verification, treatment plan presentation, and patient collections Train, coach, and hold front desk team members accountable to standards Monitor front office KPIs (schedule utilization, no-shows, collections, etc.) Coordinate communication between clinical team, providers, and patients Maintain compliance with office policies and patient privacy standards What We're Looking For Prior front office experience in dental, medical, or hospitality setting Experience in a lead, supervisory, or senior role preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Confident handling patient concerns, scheduling challenges, and team coordination Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Curve, or similar) is a plus Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday (9a-6p) Ideal Candidate You are: A natural leader who holds yourself and others accountable Detail-oriented and process-driven Focused on creating a best-in-class patient experience Comfortable balancing patient service with operational performance Apply Today If you're ready to step into a leadership role and help drive the success of a growing practice, we'd love to connect.
