AMH Clinical Coordinator

Company Overview Lamoille County Mental Health Services (LCMHS) is a designated community mental health agency dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health, developmental, behavioral, and family support services. Established in 1966, we serve over 1,000 individuals annually, emphasizing community-based care and support to foster health and wellness. Job Overview Provides clinical services for adults and supervises all Clinical work in the AMH. Role is responsible for referral process, connection with other agency departments, lead community partnerships, quality review, Tpl63 episode management, training, oversight of group work and evidenced based practice review for AMH. Part of Division Leadership. Responsibilities Leads treatment planning. Support Screen Team and referral process Works in conjunction with the AMH/ Crisis Services Director and AMH Team to ensure effective practices, program mission, goals and objectives. Attends, structures, and lead scheduled staff meetings, and community partner collaborative meetings. Complete mandatory documentation necessary for compliance with program and agency policies and regulations within timelines. Qualifications Worked with adults who have emotional and/or severe and persistent Mental Health Worked with adult families in therapeutic relationships Understands Vermont's system of care for AMH Are aware of agencies that serve this population Have facilitated of complex clinical teams.

Education Requirements:

Master's degree in the human services field and minimum of 5 years in a relatedfeild.

From $60,000.00 per year
