We're seeking a dedicated Home Health Clinical Manager for our Pierce County division. This role requires a Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), or Occupational Therapist (OT) license and experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency (OASIS trained).

Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with home health/hospice laws and regulations Review referrals and manage assignments Oversee patient charts and clinical courses Assist with staff training, hiring, and mentoring Participate in
QAPI, OASIS
review, and coding workflow Some direct patient care and on-call duties required
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of healthcare management experience At least 1 year of home health/hospice experience with OASIS training BSN degree preferred Current BLS certification Washington state license Experience with Home Care Home Base preferred Knowledge of Medicare COPs, PDGM, VBP Licensed and insured driver Life in
