Job Description

Medical Administrative Coordinator / Patient Services Coordinator Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our clinical team and manage a large patient caseload. This individual must be adaptable, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured, systems-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage scheduling for a high-volume patient caseload Provide administrative support to medical and behavioral health providers Navigate multiple systems, billing software, and communication platforms Assist with insurance coordination and billing processes Communicate professionally with patients, providers, referral sources, claims managers, and team members via phone, emails, texts and electronic communications Prioritize tasks and maintain organization in a dynamic environment Assist with administrative projects and workflow improvements Qualifications Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer systems/databases Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Friendly, professional, and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience with L&I (Labor & Industries) claims and workflows highly preferred Prior experience and familiarity in a medical or healthcare administrative role Schedule Full-time | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Training period (first 3 months): Monday-Thursday schedule (32 Hours) After training: Friday shifts added (40 hours) Fridays involve more independent/autonomous work, so training period is required to build proficiency Compensation $22-$25 per hour, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated ability to manage high-volume administrative workflows.
