Bothell, WA Job Details Full-time $32.56 - $40.19 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification Microsoft Outlook Spreadsheets Word embeddings First Aid Certification Full Job Description Purpose Provide leadership, management, planning, and oversight of KidsClinic operations, intake processes, and administrative functions. Support Director of KidsClinic with program implementation, staff supervision, process improvement, and collaboration. Partner with operations, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery, support program growth, and maintain high-quality experiences for children, families, and staff. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: Hire, lead and supervise KidsClinic Intake Coordinator (KCIC) team and assigned support staff Monitor staff performance, including onboarding, training, 30-60-90 day reviews, annual performance reviews, coaching, employee development, and setting employee goals and objectives Supervise department job performance and quality of work by tracking staff feedback, monitoring quality indicators, identifying operational improvements, and supporting positive staff morale Serve as communication liaison for projects and initiatives in conjunction with IT, Billing, Facilities, Human Resources, and other internal departments Assist Director of KidsClinic with hiring and onboarding new team members, including but not limited to interviewing, reference checks, orientation, and new hire training Collaborate in the creation, implementation, communication, and documentation of program, process, workflow, and operational changes Monitor and update procedures, systems, and program resources to maximize operational efficiency, including the Program Manual, Parent Handbook, annual calendar, website content, Skill Development Plans, and other operational documentation Maintain and set standards related to communication and scheduling expectations, caseload management, intake processes, collaboration with intake coordinators and clinical teams, and effective use of technology Participate in program planning, leadership meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic projects that support departmental and organizational goals Contribute to marketing, outreach, and community engagement efforts in conjunction with Advancement and Leadership teams Step in as Acting Director of KidsClinic during periods of absence, providing leadership, operational oversight, and continuity of services Complete other duties and special projects assigned by the Director of KidsClinic Required Education & Experience Minimum of a
B.A./B.S.
in pediatric intervention, education, psychology, communications, public administration, social work, or a related field. A fundamental understanding of current issues and challenges facing individuals from underserved communities including sensitivity to racial equity/diversity Demonstrate skill in word processing and familiarity with MS Word, Outlook and Excel Experience with program or staff management is preferred Minimum Prerequisites Pass Washington State DSHS criminal history and background check and FBI fingerprint check Be able to lift 40 pounds (average three-year-old) Pass tuberculosis test Have current first aid and CPR certification
