Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Overview:
The Health and Body Care (HBC) Coordinator manages the Health and Body Care Department operations including scheduling, gross profit, productivity, budgeting, inventory and reporting. They oversee, coach and mentor other department staff. They oversee the ordering, receiving, stocking and merchandising of Health and Body Care products. Models and provides excellent, professional customer service Oversees the HBC department operations and management including scheduling, gross profit, productivity, budgeting, inventory, and reporting Trains, supervises, and evaluates all Health and Body Care Department staff Oversees the ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandising of all Health and Body Care products Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met Protects the health and safety of all department members Participates as a member of the Store Operating Committee (SOC) Maintains a creative, solution oriented approach to problem solving and change Qualifications and Skills:
Proven ability to provide excellent, professional customer service Extensive experience working in retail Health and Body Care operations required Extensive background and in-depth knowledge of natural health and body products Previous supervisory experience required Proven ordering and inventory management skills Demonstrated organizational and planning skills Excellent leadership, teambuilding, problem solving, and communication skills Computer knowledge and skills including Microsoft Office products and file management Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position including standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion, and lifting 10-40lbs on a regular basis A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required If hired into this role, a CPR/First Aid Certification is required (paid for by PCC) Must be at least 18 years of age Benefits and Perks:
Additional $1.25/hour Night Differential when applicable.
