Patient Care Assistant Valley Vision•Brewster, WA $18•$20 per hour + commission opportunities We are a friendly, well-established optometry office looking for a reliable and upbeat team member to join our patient care team. This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to grow in the medical field. No optometry experience is required. We will train the right person. What You'll Do In this role, you will help guide patients through their visit.

Your day may include:

Welcoming and checking in patients Performing simple pre-testing before the doctor exam (we train you) Helping patients choose glasses or contacts Collecting co-pays and checking patients out Tracking eyewear orders and following up with patients Keeping patient records organized You'll get to know our patients and help make their visits smooth and enjoyable. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and comfortable talking with people Organized and able to multitask Reliable and punctual Comfortable handling payments and basic math Interested in learning new skills Experience in retail, customer service, or a medical office is helpful but not required . Being bilingual in English and Spanish is required .
