Our team is dedicated to growth, excellence, and exceptional patient service. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This vital role involves managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and supporting the administrative functions of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and experience in medical or dental office settings. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive patient experience while working within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Duties Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments efficiently using our practice management software. Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and medical histories accurately to facilitate smooth visits. Assist patients with billing inquiries, insurance claims, and payment processes clearly and empathetically. Maintain organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations and office policies. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely flow of patient care and support administrative needs as required. Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Skills Proven experience working in a medical or dental office environment with familiarity in medical terminology. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with patients, staff, and insurance providers. Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling, billing, and record keeping. Previous office experience is essential; dental office experience is highly preferred. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times. Knowledge of dental or healthcare software systems is a plus. $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
