Serenity Spa in Gig Harbor, WA, is seeking a Spa Coordinator to join our team. Job Summary:
As a Spa Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa by coordinating appointments, assisting guests, and managing administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they walk in the door. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a serene environment and has a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Greet and assist spa guests in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, or in person. Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules. Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision. Manage inventory of retail products and assist with product sales.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with spa therapists, management, and other staff members. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintaining Spa Ambiance:
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area. Assist in maintaining a serene and welcoming atmosphere throughout the spa.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking software. Passion for health, wellness, and the spa industry.
