Responsibilities:

The Patient Care Coordinator will focus on preparing and presenting treatment plans and financial estimates to patients.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing detailed information on insurance plans, exclusions, limitations, and coverage to ensure patients are well-informed about their financial responsibilities. Scheduling and confirming patient appointments. Managing patient records and documentation. Coordinating with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Offering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive patient environment.

Dentistry :

We employ over 40 full-time employees in-office, 3 full-time doctors, and 5 in-house specialists who work in our Specialty Care Clinic across the hallway.
