$80,500 - $90,000 per year Healthcare benefits available after 60 days Paid Time Off available after 90 days Opportunities for growth within a multi-location, hospitality-driven company What You'll Do As General Manager, you are responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, leading both Front of House and Back of House operations.

You will:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and accountable culture Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding and executing all service standards Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and consistency across all areas Drive financial performance by managing labor, cost of goods, and overall profitability Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized facility that reflects Twigs standards Hire, train, and retain top talent while maintaining appropriate staffing levels Create and manage schedules based on forecasted sales and labor goals Partner with your management team to ensure strong communication, development, and execution Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and operational systems Execute local store marketing and community engagement initiatives Ensure all company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements are met Leadership Expectations This role is about ownership and accountability.
