General Manager -
Hospitality & Operations Leader Location:
Kennewick, WA At Twigs Bistro & Martini Bar, we believe great restaurants are built by great leaders. We are seeing a General Manager - Hospitality & Operations Leader to drive the success of our Kennewick location through exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to the guest experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, full-service environment and is passionate about building strong teams, delivering elevated dining experiences, and achieving financial results.
Compensations & Benefits:
Salary:
$80,500 - $90,000 per year Healthcare benefits available after 60 days Paid Time Off available after 90 days Opportunities for growth within a multi-location, hospitality-driven company What You'll Do As General Manager, you are responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, leading both Front of House and Back of House operations.
You will:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and accountable culture Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding and executing all service standards Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and consistency across all areas Drive financial performance by managing labor, cost of goods, and overall profitability Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized facility that reflects Twigs standards Hire, train, and retain top talent while maintaining appropriate staffing levels Create and manage schedules based on forecasted sales and labor goals Partner with your management team to ensure strong communication, development, and execution Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and operational systems Execute local store marketing and community engagement initiatives Ensure all company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements are met Leadership Expectations This role is about ownership and accountability. General Manager:
Takes full responsibility for ensuring all operations are completed accurately and on time Delegates effectively while maintaining accountability ("inspect what you expect") Leads by example with professionalism, flexibility, and a guest-first mindset Builds a culture where team members feel valued, supported, and motivated Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of full-service restaurant experience required Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of both FOH and BOH operations Proven ability to manage financial performance, including labor and cost controls Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to obtain required certifications (food safety, liquor license, etc.) What Makes Twigs Different Our mission is to create a fun, energetic, and inviting restaurant environment where both guests and team members feel valued.
